Where can I find License information and check how many systems are registered as per license?

there are some intool commands for this

intool --cmd license-check (--lictype | --seats | --installed) <type> :  Verifies the presence of a license.

 intool --cmd license-tokens ( --report | --release ) [ --client-name <x0,x1,...,xn> ] [ --lictype <y0,y1,...,yn> ] :  Manage the tokens for your ImageNow licenses.

if you just start with  "intool --cmd license-tokens --report" you would get a list of clients/license types/ creation date/access date. If you are concerned about machines that are no longer online but have a license allocated you can look over the report and then do something like this "intool --cmd release-stale-tokens --lictype CaptureNow - TWAIN --days 30"

Is there anywhere to check this on the Hyland Support site, so we can see which licenses we have and which are up for renewal?

Hi Shane,

Under the Customer Portal tab, there is a section for Maintenance, which will show you the modules that you currently own and their support renewal date.  This works for OnBase, I'm not sure about Hyland's other products.

Hi Shane,

Nick is correct! Find all of your organization's information under your Customer Portal in the top navigation. Please feel free to post in the Help Center forum if you have any further questions or concerns, I'd be happy to help!
