Can't find the Report Services license on the OnBase configurator of may 2019

Was this an error or is the module license discontinued? I can't find it on the online licensing app either.

I can't find anything related here in the community, could someone please share some information regarding this?

Report Services will be sunset in 2020 I believe, so OnBase 20. However, I of course cant seem to find the blog post covering this now....but I do know it is being sunset for Reporting Dashboards.

Hello Ryan,

Thank you for your fast reply but I need to know more before continuing because if reporting dashboard will substitute report services there should be information supporting this change (for now it appears to be a good one). If someone from Hyland could confirm it, that would be great.

I can say with 100% certainty that this is the case it is being sunset, but I just don't see the blog post now. Hopefully someone from Hyland will reply when back in the office tomorrow.

Yes, I can confirm that Report Services will be sunset. More information is coming soon and will be posted to the Product Community when available. 

At this time, we will continue to fully support Report Services for current customers. However, be aware that deprecation is indeed coming—consider the removal of Report Services from the OnBase License & Fee Schedule the first step in the process.

We want to move forward providing a single OnBase reporting product in order to best utilize our R&D resources, eliminate confusion and send a clear message regarding reporting capabilities. The R&D team has focused all new development efforts solely on Reporting Dashboards since its debut as a part of OnBase 14. Reporting Dashboards will indeed be the replacement product for Report Services. 

As soon as a communication plan is finalized, this Product Community will be updated to reflect an official End of Life date, any information regarding a migration path to Reporting Dashboards, and more.

Here's the update that indicates that Report Services is being withdrawn and therefore no longer available on the Configurator.
