The maintenance schedule is documented at https://doc.nuxeo.com/n/NfF

Regarding source code updates: the latest Nuxeo source code lives in a private repository and is available to all Hyland customers that use Nuxeo. The public repository is not updated in real time. I don't know the exact interval but it's updated roughly quarterly.
