Getting back your historical Nuxeo Answer

Dear Nuxeo Community, first of all, a big welcome to you on the brand new Hyland Connect.

A lot of things are changing for you know that Nuxeo is getting integrated into the Hyland portfolio like Alfresco, OnBase and Perceptive. All historical forums have been merged here.

During the migration, great care has been taken so all the content has been migrated. You should be able to find the historical content of Nuxeo Answers on Connect.

For those of you who had already a Hyland ID to access University, Highspot or other services, you are all set: your Hyland ID is what you use to log in on Connect.

But, we are aware that some of you are invited to create a new user profile the first time you come here. It is because of the difference between Nuxeo Answers and Hyland ID user profiles, it was a bit complicated to solve everything. There are two cases:

  • If you used the same email for Hyland ID and Nuxeo Answers, you should have your user profile on Connect
  • If you used two different emails, one for Hyland ID and an other one for Nuxeo Answers, there are chances you had to create a new profile.

If you are in the second case, don't panic. Please use Connect's private message to contact me, and provide the information that will help me to find both of your profiles, the historical and the new one (URL to the profile, username, the two emails, anything that can help). We need of course check that you are not trying to get someone else's profile.

I should be able to manually set your Hyland ID to log in with the right profile.
