Hello Hyland Community Ecosystem users! We’re excited to share the latest enhancements from our recent sprint! These updates were built with you in mind—focused on making your experience more intuitive, your navigation smoother, and your interactions with our platform even more effective.

Here are the featured updates we believe will have the greatest impact:

Project Cai – Added Like/Dislike option below each reply
A Like/Dislike feature has been added beneath each reply to allow users to provide feedback on responses and help us continue improving the experience.

Licensing – Fixed issue preventing the HSI number from populating after authentication
An issue on the Licensing page caused the account’s HSI number to not be injected into the URL after authentication, preventing the page from loading the correct licensing information. This has been resolved.

Account Details – Updated phone number mapping
The phone number mapping has been updated so the correct Customer Success Manager phone number is displayed when applicable.

Account Details – Enabled View Team button for all users with access
The View Team button is now available to any user who has access to the account details page. This update primarily impacts partners viewing customer accounts they support.

Cases – Enabled file upload widget for Managed Services cases
The file upload widget is now available when submitting Managed Services cases.

TSKB – Fixed formatting issue in Technical Support Knowledge Base articles
A formatting issue in TSKB articles caused queries to exclude spaces after keywords such as SELECT, FROM, and CROSS. This issue has been fixed.

Third Party Compatibility – Fixed issue preventing the tooltip from being clickable
An issue on the Third Party Compatibility page caused the information icon’s tooltip to not open when clicked. This has now been corrected.
