AFAIK:
- Latest stable community: 2.1
- Latest stable enterprise: 2.2
- Latest dev community: 2.9C_dev labs
- Latest lab beta: 3.0 labs beta
Although, it seems that:
- There will be no more community versions (instead they get the "Labs" name to "encourage" companies and organisations to consider the enterprise version)
- When 3.0 Labs come out sometime in September, it will have all changes and features that 2.2. AND 2.9C_dev has. This means that this could be a good starting point for a "productive" community environment.
- If you are in a hurry and are looking mostly for DM features, 2.1 is a good starting point
- If you are an enterprise with more budget than time and are looking for long term stability, 2.2. is the starting point.
