Where is the source code

I set up a development environment to try out some ideas that may turn into contributions.
I followed the steps in http://wiki.alfresco.com/wiki/Alfresco_on_Eclipse.
It all builds fine, but I wanted to start looking at changing DeclarativeWebScript.

However, I can't find the source for this class.
I can now only find the .class file in org.alfresco.web.scripts under 3rd Party/lib/spring-surf/spring-webscripts-1.0.0.CI-SNAPSHOT.jar

Where can I find the .java file?  I hope this is the right forum for this and it's not a dumb question!

Look in 3rd-party/src for a copy of the source code.

Thanks, found it.

Does that mean the only place it exists in the publicly available SVN repository is within the jar?

Does that change the process for submitting a code change?
