Where do I find company home to create web form and web project in Alfresco Community?

My dashboard looks nothing like in this tutorial http://docs.alfresco.com/3.4/tasks/gs-wcm-create-forms.html so I am having trouble creating those things I mentioned previously and can't start working on my website. This is my dashboard. Someone can help me find the company home so I can create web form and web project?

The tutorial you have linked is for an old version of Alfresco. It looks like you have Alfresco 5.x installed. The 3.x style AVM-based WCM has long been removed from Alfresco, but you may still check out the Web Quick Start Module​ and Alfresco Web Editor. Additionally, the Crafter CMS is a WCM solution build upon Alfresco.

as Axel Faust​ mentioned WCM is removed long ago from Alfresco. But if you have WCM related use cases then I suggest you to read this blog from Jeff Potts​ which gives you very good insight on how you can use current version of alfresco to meet your WCM requirements.

You could use Sites+formservice+replication services to handle all use cases.
