Where can I find spring surf dev tools

I am now using STS 3.0, when I go to the http://www.springsurf.org/updates/snapshot update site,  the tools can not be installed on my IDE.

  Missing requirement: Spring Surf Developer Tools 1.0.0.CI-SNAPSHOT (org.springframework.extensions.surf.feature.feature.group 1.0.0.CI-SNAPSHOT) requires 'org.springframework.binding 2.0.7' but it could not be found

Do we have a tool set in STS for surf framework now?

The Spring Surf developer tools were never completed as a project and were abandoned a long time ago which is why they're no longer in the Surf libs. Even when the code was in the Surf libs it wasn't possible to do anything particularly useful with them. The developers who worked on them no longer work for Alfresco and there are no plans to implement anything similar for Surf in the future.
