What is ACP_upgrade in the 'extras' folder?

Hi,

Is there anyone know what is the purpose of ACP_upgrade inside the "extras" folders together with the record_space.acp?

Is it use to upgrade the record_space.acp to 1.4 version?

How it can be used? I try already but the output only:

 ImportFileUpdater <destination> <source>
    source - 1.3 import file name to be updated
    destination - name of the generated 1.4 import file

Is there something I need to configure first? but i cant find any guide on this except a small read me file.

Is there anyone understand my question? Because I really need a record management to be installed in to Alfresco 1.4. Is there anyway to do it?

Hi,

It allows you to upgrade ACP's from 1.3 to 1.4 format.
You need to run the upgrader on the .xml file contained in the ACP.
Since the ACP is just a zip file, rename the ACP to .zip, unzip it and extract the .xml file from it and run the upgrader against that.
Then repackage the zip with the upgraded .xml file, rename the zip back to ACP and import it.

I had try it but seem like nothing happen when i run the .bat.

I use it to upgrade the record_space.acp.
