where is French 1.3.0?

Hi,
My boss (strictly francophone) just loves alfresco (fell for it at the recent salon GEIDE in Paris). However, the translations are only for 1.2.0. Is there any reason why alfresco is selling support in France but not providing translations for the latest version? Are these only available after subscription?

for your information, i'm currently maintaining the french translation on my spare time. I'm not affiliated in any way with Alfresco, i just commit some work to the open-source community.
