Using Alfresco back end....

Hi,


I am looking for a whitepaper or similar on research/ideas/possibilities of using Alfresco backend and developing your own UI on top of it. Are those two clearly separated? I have very little time to come up with a white paper on it that is why I am asking for help. It will save me lots of time on research if someone can at least point me in a right direction. I'd appreciate any help.

Forgot to say there's also now the Alfresco SDK in v1.3 for supporting such developments.
