We can upload multiple files as well as entire folder also.

Yes, out-of-the-box Alfresco Content Services can upload multiple files &/or folders at once:

* via APIs &/or protocols (including public REST API, CMIS, WebDAV)

* via UIs (using Drag-and-Drop - eg. Share or new Digital Workspace)
