Can I upload some files in one time?? because I have a folders structure whit files, and I have to upload this structure completly to Alfresco

You can do this via CIFS or FTP . I believe you can only upload files (not folders) one at a time using the web client at the moment.

Correct, the web client currently only allows upload of one file at a time.

CIFS and FTP are the best ways to do bulk upload.
