Hi. There have been at least 2 posts on the topic, not really answering the query. It works for Alfresco in the cloud, it works for Alfresco Share (local) installations - but it depends on the OS and the browser -> e.g. I'd like to get the file http://www.wildcatem.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/11/dka_management.pdf uploaded. I.e. depending on the OS and the browser one can paste the URL into the file manager that pops up when you press "Upload files to" and press save - it may work. But is there a way to "just" upload from a URL without depending on the local OS - e.g. dragging the URL somewhere? Cheers
