Tutorial on Document workFlow

I am Unable to understand the Document Workflow in Alfresco I have been practicing it all the time but in Vain couldn't understand the background workflow of the Documentation. If you can send me a online tutorial I will be grateful to you. Also how to check who is the accessing the Final Document in the Document Work flow.

Workflow is must require on every office. Document always submit in the computer to permanent save. There are another side to give best training to success in the workflow.

I've had a hard time setting up alfresco and my first workflow too. When you start from scratch the available documentation is not detailed enough. It assumes you already know so many things that you actually dont if you just discovered alfresco.
