Is there anyway in the community version of Alfresco to track when/if a user has logged, and how often they have logged in?

Does this work in Alfresco Community or only enterprise.  Also what file do I check for the user access logs?

Both Community and Enterprise have this feature. Audit data is saved in database.
You can  view from within Alfresco Explorer or using an share audit dashlet in Share .
You can also search audit trail inforamtion using audit api.

The show audit.ftl only seems to show information about a content item.  I am looking for a user log of some kind that shows when they tried to log in, if the log in was successful, and if it wasn't successful the reason why.  I can get this information from our AD server, but have been asked if there is any logging of user log-ins to Alfresco to compare with the AD logs.
