Titlebar - add new items

Hi ,
Is there any way to add new links to titlebar and navigation pane

eg: If i need ti integrate my wikipage(http://localhost:8080/share/page/site/Sigmaplot/wiki-page?title=Main_Page) on the title bar , what i have to do?
i am using alfresco  3 stable.
