Task / Workflow tracking

Hello all,

I would like to put a simple approval workflow.
When I put a file in a folder that is called "to validate" I execute a simple workflow to approve or rejected.
If i approve the file it moves to a folder "Validate" if it si rejected it moved to a folder "Reject".
The move operation works perfectly, but If I want to track who has perform the approval or the rejection I do not have any information.

Does someone have a solution ?

You can view the workflow history on the document that is being associated with the workflow.
Are you using alfresco explorer or alfresco share ?
In alfreso share, you can see the workflow details page to see the information.

Thanks for your reply, but i can't see the workflow history. I think that is because the rule is applied on the folder ?

What do you think ?

I am assuming you are using alfresco explorer (http://localhost:8080/alfresco).
You should be able to see the workflow panel when you click "View Details" icon of the document.

In cass if a document is not involved in a workflow, you can see the message that the document is not a part of workflow.

i see what you explain to me.
In fact as the rule is apply to a folder, as soon as the file is moved from the folder A (where the rule is applied) to the folder B i missed the traking.

I see what you explain to me.
But my issue is that :

On folder A i have a simple approval rule that said if the document is approved, put it on folder B.
When the rule is correctly executed, the file is moved from A to B and when it is on B i missed the tracking.
