Springframework error

Hi,
I have followed the documentation from Getting_Started_with_Alfresco_Share_for_Labs_3_Stable. Simple authentication works, once I enable  LDAP authentication I get the error that follows:

Ok, I think we figure it out. The documentation has some errors, better to just look around at what has worked for people.
