Showing Info-Window for all active Users

my Alfresco-Server is a test system at the moment but there are several users that are using the system actually. So i want to send a information to all users that working on the system if i want to shutdown the alfresco system. What can i do so?

is there really no way to realize this feature? Maybe i can inform the member of a group (or even all members of the alfresco-system) in another way?
