Service down when delete list of file

Dear all,

I'm using some FTP client to connect to the alfresco share document folder. When I try to delete a large batch of file, let say 50+, the service will down during deleting by lack of memory or other recsource. Do anyone have the same case happen and know the cause?

You need to post more details.   In particular any errors from your alfresco.log.

And you have posted in the Records Management forum.   Is there any connection with Records Management?

Sorry that I'm a new user, so don't know the problem is related to records management or not. Please advise if I should post my question on which category, thanks.
