Send Mail to Alfresco Repository Using outlook

Hi,

I have Configured alfresco user account in  MS outook 2007 using Imap setting in alfresco.
I am able to see the alfresco map root and other folders no issues up to that. even I can drag and drop the emails from my other other oulook account to this account.

But the problem is I am not able to send emails to the alfresco user account through Oulook. I don't want to drag and drop emails but to send those emails to the that user's Imap home –> USer –> Inbox .

when I do test settings in Outlook for this account it shows Log onto incoming server (IMAP) is sucess
but Send test email message is failed.

Sending email from outlook is done via SMTP not IMAP.   You need to configure inbound SMTP in alfresco.
