Hello,
I would like to hide some "selected items actions", for common users and instead, show everything to Administrator.
The others actions like "Document actions" can be hides in share-documentlibrary-config.xml but not the "Selected items" actions.

I've tried to modify the menù from toolbar.get.config.xml, but the voices still appears.
Can anyone help me please?

Thanks

I think you should be able to do it from
site-webscripts/org/alfresco/components/documentlibrary/include/toolbar.lib.ftl
Have you tried it ?

Hi Sanket,
thanks for your reply; I used that file to hide the "create content" item, but not in this case… do you have any idea? For example I would like to hide "move to" for common users.

Regards.

Move to code should be in documentlibrary-actions.js file.
But my question is, are you planning to hide only a specific set of actions ?
Because, you can assign alfresco permissions (coordinator, contributor, editor, collaborator, consumer) to users/groups based on the actions you want them to perform.
Based on the permissions you assign, the actions would automatically hide.

For now, I have only Collaborators and a few Consumer as users, but maybe this could change sooner or later. Because of this, for sure now, I think it's better to act for all kind of users except for Admin.
To reply your answer, in "selected items" i would like to hide, for documents and folders this actions: Copy,Move, change permission, and workflow

thanks and regards.
