We have just installed Alfresco 4.0a on windows. We can use the search function to search for documents in the sample site's document library.
On creation of a new private site and after uploading word documents into the new site, the search function does not find these uploaded documents. All this was done under the administrator account, there were no exceptions in the log file yet we still could not find these uploaded documents even after waiting for about 15 minutes.
Any ideas?
