saving office document using webdav and broken links

Hi,
I'm experiencing the following problem:
Configuration:
Alfresco 3.3 on Ubuntu Server:
WXP PE and office 2003

if I create   a MS Word document with links to alfresco repository inside like
https://share.agilenet.it/alfresco/n/browse/workspace/SpacesStore/133bf7ef-972d-4d53-9d49-af5de275c7...
or
https://share.agilenet.it/alfresco/d/d/workspace/SpacesStore/cbcb6fdf-4013-44b6-bb98-3765ad191cb7/CS...
and I save the document via webdav protocol (using alfresco office addin or through webfolder)
the links become corrupted:
The text is fine
https://share.agilenet.it/alfresco/n/browse/workspace/SpacesStore/133bf7ef-972d-4d53-9d49-af5de275c7...
but the link becomes:
../../../n/browse/workspace/SpacesStore/133bf7ef-972d-4d53-9d49-af5de275c7e6

https://share.agilenet.it/alfresco/d/d/workspace/SpacesStore/cbcb6fdf-4013-44b6-bb98-3765ad191cb7/CS...
../../../d/d/workspace/SpacesStore/cbcb6fdf-4013-44b6-bb98-3765ad191cb7/CSS-GO-ProceduraDiIntegrazioneSW.doc

Moreover the use of webdav for inline editing seems to be unsupported, because after 3 minutes if you try to save the document you get an error saying that the file is locked by you and you have try later. (see  Alf-923/Alf-4008).

Please raise a bug with test details and modification details against a vanilla install.
