Runningslow-What is the recommended memory/cpu for Alfresco?

I was finally able to get the system installed - took a while to get it up.  And I have a few questions:

1) I am interested in the Content Management feature -to add files and check them out - so do I have the correct URl to use /share/page/repository?  I noticed that is taking a while to get the pages loaded up.

2) My system is running on Windows XP SP3
    Dell AMD Athlon 64x2 Dual
    1.90 GHz, 448 MB of RAM.

How much memory should I increase to get this to load up smoothly?

How much memory depends upon the number of users, what they are doing, how frequently and how Alfresco is configured. 

While it is impossible to give guidelines without more specifics, 448 MB of RAM is probably too little.    You probably need at least 2GB.

Thanks.  It would have less than 5 users.  I will put an upgrade of the memory in.
