Rendering Form On A Subtask

I've been searching and couldn't find a way to render a form to be filled on a subtask.
Is there a way to do that?

Clearing the situation: I want the user to be able to define a form to be filled by the subtask assignee, just like it's done on the user tasks that are defined on the bpmn20.xml rather than programmatically created.

With Explorer: no, that's isn't build in.

With custom logic: yes.
