I request your help to suggest ideas to me to organize my documents in Alfresco.
The documents are organized by spaces where each space belongs to a department. The problem is that a document from one department may be related to another department but do not want to duplicate the document in another space. However, we like to do a search for documents by department and the result contains documents directly related (documents of space) and indirectly involved (documents that are in another space but are related to the department) How I can set this relationship using the metadata?
I tried through associations but can not be used in searching for documents, is it possible to customize the search to include the documents associated with a space?
Is there another way to set a relationship between documents and spaces?
