Re-use the Alfresco Enterprise Code

Hi, I just asked a question that I have not heard respond accurate.

The Enterprise version has files that do not exist in the Community Edition, the question: is it legal use this code into the Community version? Thanks

No.  Not without an Enterprise License or other such license from Alfresco.
