2. how do we create properties that are not form fields?

sorry my mistake,
I created this application with the latest version on master and we have some changes in the form serialisation format. (so it's not a compatible format with your app format)
What's the version you use? (so i could know what version should I use to create the example)

Ok, i prepared this application and tested it in a newly created 1.3.0 setup.
I also simplified the process a bit.
