Problem with file name

Hi All,
I'm using the web-service API and I have this problem:
if I specify a PATH like this "/cm:normativa/cm:009_2006_VI_Accertamenti_Bancari_testo.doc"
I don't find the file, instead if I try to find the same renamed file "/cm:normativa/cm:VI_Accertamenti_Bancari_testo.doc" it work.
Is there a problem using filename starting with number?

I have the same problem using name with spaces…
Any help??
