Problem to start Alfresco WCM

I'm working on Mac and windows in the same time. When I start virtual_start.bat I have the following error:

Starting Tomcat…
The JAVA_HOME environment variable is not defined
This environment variable is needed to run this program
Using CATALINA_BASE:   C:\alfresco\virtual-tomcat
Using CATALINA_HOME:   C:\alfresco\virtual-tomcat
Using CATALINA_TMPDIR: C:\alfresco\virtual-tomcat\temp

Is it a problem of java library?

I set the JAVA_HOME variable to the install directory, but it changes nothing. I always have the same error:

Windows doen't find:
-Djava.util.logging.manager=org.apache.juli.ClassLoaderL
ogManager

What could I do?
