problem of alfresco using chrome behind a proxy

Can help? any idea?

1) using chrome (IE no issue) , When press all documents in doc libary it skip the paramter after # sign. So case file not found page after proxy

e.g. http://abc.dms.com:8080/share/page/site/abc/documentlibrary#filter=all&page=1

become http://abc.dms.com:8080/share/page/site/abc/documentlibrary#  .

2) Download zip is blocked as shown.
