Hello,
sorry for the disturb.
I'm an Alfresco newbie, I'm going to tell you my problem.
I have a "User Spaces" folder on the repository which contains all Alfresco user spaces.
I would like to set it as private content, so that only each owner (and of course the admins) can see his own space. So, i just have removed EVERYONE group from the list of users/groups invited to the space. In this way there are not invited users except the owner of the space (and there are not inherited rules), and so all works fine.
Now an extra step is required.
Since any time I create a new user I will set his home space into the "User Spaces" folder, I would like to set an inbound rule that automatically removes the EVERYONE group from the list of users/groups invited to the space, so that I can automatically do the steps described below.
Is it possible to do that? Is there a smarter way to do that?
I have tried to do with the predefined rules, but I didn't get it to work.
Thank you very much.
Gabriele
