Preview Website

On clicking preview website in both the sanboxes, getting page cannot be displayed error. hw to get rid of this.
unable to install virtual tomcat server as service. getting failed installing tomat server…

As you have probably guessed, you need to get the VS running before preview will work.

Try to run the VS from the command line rather than until you get it working.

And no-one can help without more information.
Start with
What version of alfresco are you running.  
What configuration have you done.  
What errors are you getting?

I have deployed my website successfully with my system as server.

How to publish and view my website.

How to view the deployed website.

Have isntalled alfresco 3.2.
Created sample webproject by downloading alfresco.war [given along with the 3.2 setup]
While configuring website,
I gave the foll. details in deployment receiver details

host: localhost
port: 50500
url:  http://localhost:8080/alfrescowww
target:avm

alfrescowww is the webproject name.

I am able to deploy the website using the above details but the url given in depoyment receiver does not work. it says resource not found.

how to view the deployed websites.

I do not have any idea about server configuration.
Plz. give a solution .could not find any useful information on this in net for more than a week.
note: target accepts only avm. IF I give target as webproject name, it says no such target found.
