'preview website' option not working.

Hi all…

i am not able to use "preview website" option…i am getting the error "connection refused"
i have also started "virtual server"…but stilll i am getting the same error…..
still any configuration need to be done to make "preview website" option work…..???
plz help me in this regard….

What does your deployment stack look like? Did you install the virtual server?
