New model in share

I created new content model. Everythink ok.

1. But when I change type except article I can't see my new model. How to do that?

2. We have some flash-upload.get.js - which responce for share upload. We can add our types in this file.
In this file my example book explain how to delete default content type and add new.
But I want add new content and not delete default.
