As shared previously, Hyland has transitioned to Microsoft Teams as our preferred conferencing platform. As part of this change, we’ve observed that many customer organizations have restricted screen sharing and remote-control permissions, leading to delays in troubleshooting and issue resolution.
To help avoid these delays, we recommend all customers who work closely with Hyland — particularly those involved in building, configuring or troubleshooting systems — coordinate with their internal IS departments to enable screen sharing and remote-control access on a limited basis.
