Is there a download for the full 1.3 release candidate source that i'm missing?

I can't seem to get the full repository export to load as bootstrap data. I'm using the restore-context.xml from 1.3 preview source, as i can't get the source for the newest version.

I'm hoping that the reason it won't work is because the restore-context.xml is different in the new release.

Several "full repository export and import" fixes have been implemented since the 1.3 preview release, which are now available in the latest Release Candidate.
