Wow, that was an impressively fast reply!!
I have not done anything specific that I am aware of to turn on JBPM but that is not to say that it isn't on. As far as I can tell the error is due to an upgrade script generated by the SchemaBootStrap process. This same script is not created when the application is started against the original database(!!) even though they should be identical. I have pasted a few of the lines from this upgrade script for reference. You can quite clearly see what it is trying to do and it fails when it tries to create a foreign key (which already exists on the lowercase version of the table that is already in the database). The question is why is this happening?
