Multiple category filter

Hi,
I'm using Alfresco Community 4.2.c and I would like to know if it's possible to filter my document library by multiple categories, because by default on the left side bar you can select only a single category filter. Thank you.

Hello,

this is not a feature available in the out-of-the-box UI, but should be simple to add (for an Alfresco-experienced developer). This is a topic often discussed in the forums, e.g. in the following threads:

Honestly, I don't understand this statement : "Unfortunately, since every requirement is quite customer-specific, there isn't a step-by-step guide yet.".
Since Alfresco allows us to attach multiple categories/tags to a content, it should propose out of the box a mecanism to filter the content selecting multiple categories/tags.

I don't know how people use the standard categories filter, but I found it personnaly useless….
