Hi,
Please does anybody know how to get all documents from the document library? I need to be able to "download" 200 documents and then glue them together into one document. Also I am a bit confused… it looks like Alfresco is serializing uploaded documents. Please help me to understand.
Thanks in advance!

One approach would be to zip them up and then download the zipped archive. Or you may be able to use a multi-part mime message.
Or can you do the "stiching" in alfresco and then download the compound document?
But why can't you do it as 200 downloads?

For anyone who is interested: All I had to do was map a drive to the Alfresco CIFS server. Or the webdav server. Either one works. The CIFS server has the added benefit of being able to upload files without disturbing Alfresco's indexing. Because it does it as a service for you.
