More Reference

Hello everyone,
I wanted to ask if I can use an object Reference to point to two or more files that are in alfresco in different folders.
I would have precisely the need to upload some item within a folder and at the same time to create another Reference (using always webservice)
which is in another folder, but always pointing to the same file.

did you find out , how to create a Reference Object, which directly points at a single File/Content in the repository ?
at the moment i´ getting  it by a query through the repository service. but i´m asking myself, whether there is a opportunity to create them directly  without querieing the repository?

like

Reference reference = new Reference(STORE, null, "/app:company_home/cm:sample_folder/cm:mome/*[@cm:name=\"dc.xml\"]");‍

this version does´nt function !!!!!
