If they worked with 4.0 they would be marked as such, so I think you'll have better luck asking the authors of those add-ons when and if support for 4.0 is planned.
It could be that the authors of those add-ons simply haven't had time to install and test them against Alfresco 4. Why not give that a try? It might be that they only require minor tweaks to work with 4.0, which you could then implement and contribute to the add-on author.
This tools was just some samples (i know that its only working with v3.4) and i just would like to know if some tools like this one already exits with the v4 Alfresco Community version
The Alfresco Add-Ons site supports commenting on a directory entry. Your best chance of finding out if a particular add-on is supported in Alfresco 4 is to add a comment to the add-on you have a question about.
