Modeler 5.3 update questions...

Just got 5.3 modeler up and running and was looking at the changes. Got some questions:

1) Looks like activities no longer has ability to create a Send task, Call activiti, etc. Are they coming back? Are they in a new location?
2) Attributes tab doesn't seem to exist anymore. Example, not sure how I could recreate the diagram here http://www.activiti.org/userguide/index.html#activitiModeler where tasks are either manual or otherwise.

Was 5.3 a 'cleanup' stage so more changes could be made in 5.4? I understand the activiti NS issues were more complicated to fix, and didn't know if this was just an artifact of that process.

Thanks

I'm not following completely…

1) I can create a task, go to attributes and select 'taskType' and then sendTask
2) Call activity is an option when you create an embedded subprocess.

Or are you referring to the Activiti tab that is gone?

Sorry if I'm being confusing. There are two separate things I cannot see how to do in 5.3 that I could in 5.2.

1) On the left-hand tab, where you create activities, I only see the ability to create a 'task' or various subprocesses. The 'Send Task' or 'mail task', for example, isn't listed anymore.  (I do not see yet the method to create a call activity from an option when creating an embedded sub-process)

2) Also, The right-hand attributes tab is gone. I do not see a way to set the attributes on a task anymore.

I'm using a fresh install of 5.3 and a new diagram for this as well.

Okay, so what I see now is first time I open a new diagram, the right-pane is not there… when I save it, close it and re-open it, its there. And now I see the options you mention.

I'm going to see if its easily reproducible…

That's really odd. Which browser are you using? I tested on Firefox on Ubuntu and OsX.

Firefox 3.6.13 on Ubuntu (10.10)…

Its not easily reproducible… and I wish I had the javascript console up to check for errors. If I can reproduce it, I'll mention it.
