I am trying to find and way that allow me to create reports for Metadata, I don't know if I can get the Metadata data from alfresco database but I already checked all the database table but I didn't find them, so can any one inform me if they are in database how I can find them?

Please any way that can help me to create the Metadata reports.

Yes the document metadata is in the database.   But it's considered private to alfresco's implementation and you probably shouldn't try to use it directly.

You don't say what sort of "reports" you want, there are different approaches depending upon your requirements for reporting.

You may also like to look at Alfresco's reporting and analytics module.

thank you for your reply,

I have 10 custom type ( Invoice - MRf - LPO ….) for each one I have some Metadata now I need a report for example to get all the invoice that status metadata is Approve, but I need it as report ( Name of file - Metadata Status - Metadata Value - Metadata Date -.. )

can you please give the table that has the metadata in alfresco database.

That sounds like that can be done by a single Alfresco FTS query.   No need to mess around with the database.

There is no single "table".   If you really want to do your query via sql then it's going to be a fairly ugly join between five or so tables.   The alfresco schema is not big or complicated, but equally its designed for performance and flexibility, not simple reporting.
