manage the space Usres in a particular business case

Hello, I have a created an project template space who contains draft pending Approval an published spaces in the document space… My objective is to implement  a workflow rules to manage the circulation of document between these space… I have made 3 group which  each group is registred to space:
draft –>G1
pending Approval –>G2
published –>G3

How should I manage the space Usres for each Space to assure that only the assigned group have the right to acess the correspondant space.

Hi,

Add the users to specific groups.  Then you can invite the groups to the spaces.  You seem to have done this.

All content within the spaces, unless specifically told to ignore inherited permissions, will inherit the permissions from the space in which they live.  All you have to do is ensure that you assign the correct users to the correct groups.
