Link to possible next activities?

Hi all,

I have been searching in the forum, but i didn't found the answer. Maybe someone tried to do the same thing.

Is it possible to receive a list or reference to the next task/activity which is called when the actual task is completed? 
(Or these next possible tasks/activities in case an gateway is between the both activities.)
