Licensing & Support Details

My organization wants to invest in a low cost BPM platform that we can customize & develop business solutions on top for selling them as packages. we also would like to offer an alternative to our customers to go for a low cost BPM platform for their application development. What are the pricing models that Alfresco follows for its Enterprise Edition & what kind of support do we get ? If we go for the community edition will we get technical support for development as well as for production ?

Hello Nihar,

As a member of the independent group Order of the bee I would suggest you to go for the Community Edition first, try it out and then move to Enterprise Edition (which is indeed supported according to your contract with them).

Thanks Sujay for your reply. We have decided & are sure to go for the Activiti Enterprise edition. I was interested in finding out that are the different licensing & support models available if possible the cost involved. If someone can direct me to some contact who can provide me the details, then we can do a feasibility study around our GTM strategy on Activiti Enterprise.
